Welcome to FUDDLE!

Building Sports and Creative Confidence in Young People

Fuddle is an ambitious proposed programme to address gaps in local youth sport (and creative?) provision across Derbyshire / the UK?

Based on a successful model developed in Belper, the Fuddle programme works with venues, sports clubs, activities providers and youth workers to run:

  • Youth Sports Festivals – our core offer during school holidays
  • Targeted after school clubs – led sessions based on local need and availability of funding
  • Club and provider support – support the development and creation of local stage one and two sports clubs to become NGB affiliated (being Buddle on the ground)
  • Fuddle incubators – support to set up and run an independent Fuddle in your area initially as a satellite and eventually as a self-governing independent charity

**Not free, but not for profit**

We offers support and training at affordable rates on how to set up Fuddle in your area.

This includes:

Onboarding new venues, clubs and other providers

Planning and setup of Festivals and other activities

All on and offline marketing, merchandise (best word? – t-shirt etc) and communication

Fundraising platform and local campaign management

Senior mentor support to setup independent Fuddle through the Incubator programme
